Breathing and Stretching - Not yet, but soon!!
Breathing and Stretching works hand in hand - yoga, pilates, Chi Gung are all based on these prinicples. Check back in the next couple of days for a whole new look to this blog and some exciting new information all free!. I am working hard and a whole new look will be here soon!

Coming Soon!
OK it has been a month since I have last posted and I apologize. The reason? I am working on several projects including updating this blog. Coming soon you will see a whole new format as well as my five minute wake up routine that I have been promising for quite some time now - actually I am going to make it a 6 minute routine I figured most of you could handle 6 minutes of exercise a day.
For now I want to promote someone elses website. Sammy Franco.
You all know that I like Matt Furey (he's one of my mentors) and his attitude and the way he has a simple and direct way of explaining things to you sometimes in your face!
